Thao Sri Sudachan was a queen of the Ayutthaya Kingdom in Thailand during the 16th century. She was married to King Chairacha and later served as regent for her son, Yot Fa, after his father’s death. Sri Sudachan is a controversial figure in Thai history due to her involvement in the political intrigues and assassinations that took place during her time as regent.
She was accused of poisoning both King Chairacha and her son, Yot Fa, and of installing her lover, Phan But Sri Thep, as co-regent and later as King Worawongsathirat. This led to her eventual execution by the Sukhothai clans
